Marine Survey Services
Pre-Purchase Surveys
A Pre-Purchase Survey is the most comprehensive inspection available and is highly recommended when buying a new or used vessel. This evaluation examines the vessel’s overall condition and operational performance, including:
Structural integrity
Electrical systems
Propulsion and fuel systems
Navigation equipment and electronics
On-board machinery and systems
Cosmetic appearance and maintenance condition
The survey also includes an out-of-water inspection and sea trial to provide a complete assessment of the vessel’s condition and value.
Insurance Surveys
Insurance Surveys are conducted to help insurance companies determine whether a vessel is an acceptable risk. These inspections focus on structural integrity, safety, and the vessel’s suitability for its intended use.
